WonderKids is seeking a passionate speech and language pathologist to join our paediatric therapy team in Mosta, Malta. If you’re dedicated to helping children develop their communication skills in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a speech and language pathologist at WonderKids, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children
- Provide individual and group therapy for a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Work with conditions including speech delays, articulation disorders, phonological difficulties, language disorders, social communication challenges, selective mutism, stammering, and feeding difficulties
- Develop and implement home programmes for families
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, parents, and schools
- Contribute to a supportive, child-centred team environment
What We’re Looking For
Essential qualifications:
- Recognised degree in Speech and Language Pathology (BSc SLP or equivalent)
- State registration as a speech and language pathologist in Malta (or eligibility)
- Passion for working with children and families
Desirable qualifications:
- Experience in paediatric speech and language therapy
- Additional training in specific areas (e.g., feeding therapy, AAC, Hanen, PROMPT)
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
